This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped with my heavy baggage. Highly recommend their delicious food, especially the chowder! I'm returning for a business trip.

We loved our stay, especially the spacious family room and the friendly staff. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and we enjoyed visiting nearby Muckross House & Gardens, letting the kids explore the beautiful green space. It was a great base for our family adventure.

My kids wished for a better breakfast service, as it felt hectic. More attention to families during meals would be great.

The stay featured a spacious, exceptionally clean family room that seemed recently renovated. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was quite disappointing. the staff offered a lukewarm service, and the food, particularly the bacon, was not up to par. While the location was convenient for exploring the area, it was too noisy for a peaceful evening rest.

i recently stayed for 3 nights and it was such a lovely experience! heights really exceeded my expectations with comfy double rooms and an incredibly welcoming staff. after my previous stay in killarney, i didn’t expect such excellent food and service during my time here.

The staff were pleasant and the hotel provided a large car park for guests while being just a short stroll away from Killarney House and the scenic St Mary's Cathedral, perfect for leisurely city walks.

I stayed at Heights for two nights while attending a work event. The accommodations were well-appointed and the amenities were ideal for professional gatherings. The staff was accommodating, making the transition from meetings to downtime smooth and enjoyable. Dinner offered a variety of high-quality dishes, and breakfast included fresh pastries and excellent coffee, setting a great tone for the day ahead.

Dealing with the fire alarm going off intermittently throughout the night was a real nuisance, especially when we received no communication on how to respond. The room also lacked essential toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, which felt disappointing for a hotel of this standing. Window noise was annoying. having a room directly above the kitchen meant a lot of loud exhaust sounds and chatter, especially since there was no air conditioning to help with airflow. The breakfast selection left much to be desired, with a limited variety that didn't quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's reputation.
